Yes, I'd say it's what it sounds like: I'm enlisting rockers to compete to FC all 47 songs on the very first Guitar Hero game (excluding the secret songs). I've already put in everyone within one song of the FGFC, regardless if they want to or not. =P Everyone else can simply request to sign up (although I highly doubt you'll win if you're among that everyone else :P). Those rockers who already have GH1 FGFC'd are disqualified simply because it would be unfair to those other rockers who are still stuck on that one song after all this time on the leaderboards. But as a consolation to the Expert rockers, they are already listed in the Hall of Fame. I will update them when I feel like it (but only on a Friday =P). Good luck and have fun!

FAQ:

Q: Am I eligible to join?
A: Yes, anyone of any skill level can join on any difficulty on which he doesn't already have a FGFC.

Q: Why is [so-and-so] listed ahead of me even though we have the same number of FCs?
A: I count 100% overstrums as progress towards an extra FC. It's as if it were a 1/2 FC. But if players are tied with the same number of FCs and OSs, the player with the higher score is always listed above the other, just not in terms of ranking. However, if players are tied with a FGFC, listing is based on who got the FGFC first. Ultimately your number of FCs counts the most directly towards your ranking.

Q: How do I make the Hall of Fame?
A: Those listed in the Hall of Fame (in alphabetical order) have a FGFC on Expert.

- Add Graf on Hard
- Add Blake on Expert
- Remove everyone else not on Expert because they don't seem nearly as likely to go for FGFC anytime soon as the five of us on Expert
