Full Combo, getting 100% on a songs without breaking your combo, hit all the notes with a note streak equal to the amount of notes in the song.
Ex: having 3722 notes streak on Through The Fire And Flames (Expert) is an FC because there are 3722 notes in the song, however getting a notes streak of 3623 would imply an overstrum (strumming when there is no notes and breaking the combo) or a miss in the section "Almost There", therefore not an FC.

It stands for Full Combo, and simply put it means you accurately hit every note in the song in a row without any missed notes or extra strums.
