1.1 = Advanced

So it's not based on song intensity, rather it's based on difficulty.

So it's not based on song intensity, rather it's based on difficulty. |
Song intensity might also play into it. But those numbers seem to relate to difficulty. |

its based on intensity im pretty sure. I either get 165, 184 or 198 coins depending on the song and I mostly play on regular or advanced.

So I've spent a couple of days seeing what's what in regards to earning coins. I'll share with you what I have found. All of the following are pre-multiplier.
1. It is possible earn 0 coins if you fulfill none of the following
2. You earn 100 coins for finish approximately > 3/4 of a song
3. You earn 20 coins for a hot start
4. You earn 0 coins for a strong finish
5. 1 and 2 star performances will earn you 0
6. 3 star performances earn you *
7. 4 stars will earn you *
8. 5 stars will earn you *
9. 10 note streak will earn you 15 coins (only counts your longest streak)
10. 50 note streaks will earn you 25 coins
11. 100 note streaks earns you 0 coins
12. Leveling up gives you around 1000 coins
13. Intensity 3 will give you a 1.0 multiplier to your total coins
14. Intensity 4 will give you a 1.1 multiplier to your total coins
15. Intensity 5 will give you a 1.2 multiplier to your total coins
* = Difficulty seems to effect how many points you get for stars. Unfortunately, I'm not good enough with the new controller yet to consistently 5 star songs making this difficult to test.
So that's what I've got. I also tested maximum multiplier and SP usage to see if they had an effect (they did not). If anyone is able to send me some detailed info on their 5 star songs on expert and advanced (or better yet, a full recording of it) then you will have my thanks and I may even send you a cookie  |

I could do a stream for you tomorrow morning and link that video. Ill play around both with new songs and repeat plays as well and we can see if that has any effect on the coins as well.

It'll be before 10am since I gotz an appointment with a gastroenterologist later that morning and then my GF gets home from work by the time I'm done. Anyone else up for GHLive at 7am? :P
