GHTCP: cannot see tiers or songlists; help?

I'm a normal person who likes to install custom songs... a lot. And it's no wonder some errors or shiz would happen during installations of custom songs.

WHEN ONE DAY

It's no wonder I almost cried and left shocked. So, other than wanting to uninstall GH3, throw out my guitar and live sadly ever after, I decided to come here. So, my question is,

how the HELL do I fix this?

Already happen to me too... I've got to reset game settings and add ALL these custom songs again. Sorry I honestly do not know how to fix it...
