Note limit surpassed on Guitar Hero III Wii

With help from ExileLord, I have gotten past 4000 notes on Guitar Hero III for Wii.

This could probably also be applied to the PS2 version (seeing as they're clearly from the same codebase). Only snag would be if you had modified the machine mode on the Wii side, such mods would have to be ported in theh same way as one would port any code.
