USB to midi is possible on both Xbox360/Xbox1 and the PS3. The midi adapters specifically for RB were sold when the pro guitars were available, you may still be able to find one. Others whom got a pro guitar back in the day indicated that several brands of USB to midi adapters seem to work out of the box, so you might try a guitar/keyboard store and talk to a knowledgeable sales person. Good luck.
