Check your BPM and your general beatmapping. SP deployment rate is tied to the beat rate.

^^ Fast songs will always have shorter SP acts. But 2 seconds is a bit too short.

it;s funny the bpm is only 200 bpm, one time it goes up to 240 but goes back down to 200 and 130 bpm for a short bit, idk why the SP lasts 2 seconds, weird, for the SP to last 2 seconds, the BPM has to be like 600 + bpm

200 is very fast. Music is written to roughly match the tempo of a heartbeat. Generally between 80-120bpm. Though there are exceptions, drastic fluctuations like that seem strange. Make sure you're time signature matches the song before tempo mapping.

200bpm is like how fast most parts of TTFAF are (for example the solos and synth death)
also, the fast part of One is about 200 I think, maybe more.
This is the TTFAF chart with the bpm directly ontop of it to give you an idea on how fast 200 bpm is.

EDIT: fast bit of One is about 220-230 bpm, so I was close.
