... did you change controllers for the Trippolette pause trick? You do know the only reason to do that is to not drop ticks on the front end, which isn't relevant here :P

yeah i saw that too. Changing controllers only needed for sustains

Lol...of course I know that I didn't need the dualshock. But I missed over and over again with the guitar and hit it the first try using the dualshock. Easier for me to pause quickly and precisely. That's all
Edit: does anyone think 200 more is possible in the second activation? And is it really worth it to use the pause glitch on the final activation? You get like a full beat of ticks activating on the red instead of NN. Thoughts?

Oh of course another 200 is possible in the second activation. Ugh, I'm going to just change my optimiser to do the GH1 timing windows instead of manually tweaking it, to avoid mistakes like that.
And a full beat of ticks is 50 points at 1x, so huh, actually yeah the pause trick gets you the same amount of points as 2N.

It's a tough 200. I have a vid of me missing the front end (not breaking my multiplier though) and getting the backend. But I technically haven't hit it yet. Same thing happened on that guitar hero 200 I was talking about. I'll probably go back for that 400 in trippolette lol

Yeah it's definitely possible. Squeezing to the orange itself is pretty easy but you get more points using the NI path for that activation (I think, somebody correct me if I'm wrong)
Edit: I assume you meant 5th activation? Or are we talking about expert?
