I completely missed that. When did that happen, how and why didn't he get a monster score from it?

I think it adds a completely new single activation. not an expert tho.

Actually it implies activating during the solo, so you get a bunch of chords there, and then hope you get the whammy activation and get the end chords. It's worth an extra 18k points. http://slowhero.moto-coda.org/gh2-ps2/expert/psychobilly.upper-bound.best.png
I wouldn't be surprised if he got it with save states or something, but getting it in a run... let alone FCing the song on that same run...

| He didn't get it on Expert I don't think. He got it on Hard. His score is 10k over 2nd |

I was going through the old posts in the Accomplishments board yesterday, and it looks like someone named White Lion got it, although not in an FC run. He admitted that he wouldn't be able to FC the song, but he did get it on camera.
