Make Customs from Rock Band Disc

Hi, I'm probably gonna get banned straight up for asking this but I'm gonna try anyway... Is there a way using a combination of tools to export my on-disc rock band 1 songs into rock band 3 for wii. If so, what are those tools ? I searched around this forum and elsewhere, found lots of tutorials for custom-making, custom installing, but still no love for the original Rock Band.
