Yeah, you can. I am pretty sure it is only Travis that has pulled it off. Not too sure about Zac, he doesn't even have a picture.
I tried it multiple times before, you need to hit it early and whammy immediately or you aren't going to get it, I gave up on it after about 10 tries. _________________

is the note chart wrong? i always thought the note had to be at least 7.5 beats in order to get half a bar. _________________

The note chart isn't wrong... but I just managed to do it. It's very hard though, you have to hit the bastard way early (perhaps that extends the duration of whammy to 7.5). _________________

Edit: Yeah, 1-2-2-2-2-2 is worth ~100 more points, if anyone's curious. _________________

Its better to overlap the first SP... 1-2-2-2-2-2. I have gotten the 1 at the beginning twice... its tough but very possible. _________________

Just trying to add what activations seem to make sense as I eyeball it to the supposed best path. I'm really bad at this so this is pure guesswork, just trying to make it easier to read.
1(1) - 2R, Hard as hell to get the star power up off that first note but if you hit early enough it's possible. 6th Hold if you can't after 2 SP.
2 - NN
2 - 2R after the holds, ends right before the next phrase
2 - 1Y, not the holds, just a regular note
2 - 8.5 beats into the Red SP hold should end right before the next phrase (Not 100% sure about exact timing)
2 - NN
Edit: Changed after going through the song many times. I could not get that first hold into an SP for the life of me... Got 91306 though with a few glaring mistakes... _________________
Man, some of you guys are waaaayyyy too good at these games. And as much as I hope to maintain being #1 among my friends, I can only try for top 20% here... |

I'm very curious as to how some of the top scores are finishing with even multiples of four. I am two points ahead of the fellow behind me and 42 behind Cdw01. That makes no sense. |

That makes no sense. | Well, as you (probably) know, you get ticks from sustains. When you have a multiplier of 1x each tick will give you 1 point. When you have a multiplier of 4x each tick will give you 4 points, which is why everyones scores are in multiples of 4 away from each other. So why are you 2 points off? You might've dropped some ticks early in the song. _________________

Just checking. Because all seven columns on bradleyzoo's optimal score calculations have even numbers that aren't multiples of four. I guess that means his optimal calculations missed two points across the entire board as well.
Maybe YOU missed two points early. |
