Everyone welcome Echelar as a new mod on the forums.
He's helped out with many things unofficially for months and as the forums grow I feel now it is appropriate to add a new member to our staff.

Congrats Echelar. I think we needed another mod after about 3500 users joined and we only had 3 (2 of them being staff).
