Think this is it.

2 - I just used it as soon as it hit 4x. But if I counted right?? starting on the 4th chord of meas. 9 (the last 3x chord) will get a chord squeeze vs a single note squeeze. This info is useless to me but someone with talent might find it helpful.
2 - 1st or 2nd R note meas. 29. Depends on your whammy/squeeze skills. I used the 2nd R note
2 - Have to whammy about 4 beats of the sp6 hold and activate right away during the hold so it ends right before sp7
3 - Y note meas. 62 if your really good you can pick up the last chord. If not start right after that note. Plays over sp10 which I think is useless. Sorry 10
2 - 1st GY chord meas. 91 gets the squeeze and 1 more note than other start spots.
