2- Not quite sure about this one, but activate where ever you can squeeze some ticks of a green hold is the best.

Last one I'm sure can be tweaked for more but ... I think this should work good.

I'm not sure how it happened but I tried both of your paths I got the exact same score

... 136,218

*Disclaimer*... I'm a lefty therefore I can't get a full whammy so I sometimes don't reach as many notes as I could for each SP and that could be a big difference with each path...

Considering it's literally impossible to get a full bar from the first SP, you may want to reconsider the first activation. (A full bar would require 22.5 beats of whammy and even with early strumming, you can't reach 21.5).

Also, those aren't exactly the numbers I used.

Is it possible to move the second last activation up a note so it can end on a hold? it could get ticks then. Or maybe activate right after getting starpower so you can squeeze in ticks and try to get the last note...

Edit: both dont work.

Edit 2: I used your path and missed the last squeeze and got 140,422. Your path is right but your probably hitting some notes too early (ones that are immediatly after holds)
