This just got me 5th place don't know if its optimal i'm not the best at squeezing.

3-Next Yellow
2-Right away
4-Next Blue
3-5th set of Red

We have a winner..............

I came up with the same thing except the last activation I think should start on the 4th set of B notes which is a measure before the 5th set of R notes. If you are like me and can't get every frickin' ounce of whammy from sp 12, start it a note later because you want the string of B notes at the end of the activation, and leave 200 points on the table.

Also you don't want no squeeze with the third activation, start it right before those B notes, you still get all the points.

Never a big X fan when they came out.

If you move the last activation back to the second R in the 5th streak of reds you can squeeze in the final chord. Its the same amount of notes but I just got 16 tick points over Ice
