We Got The Beat

Ive tried numerous times and can not get this for anything... Are we sure its possible

In the 4th SP there are two sustains of 3.5 beats each. Since you need 7.5 beats for SP, you need to hit one 1/2 beat early, which isn't possible, due to the placement of the notes. You can, however, hit each sustain 1/4th beat early. I ususally snag it once every four or five times I try.

dont whammy and activate AS SOON as you get the SP. If your a tilter... I tend to tilt just a lil before hitting the note and as soon as I hit the note then SP goes off.

I finally managed to get the activation right!

I missed almost every squeeze, but I got that activation right and I am done for with that song for now.

this song is pretty hard to squeeze.
any tips for the last activation? I have to tilt and i get it only 50% of the time

The dtb files give that 25/3,4 = 7,352941176 is the SP needed to get an activation.

The BPMs for the 2 sustains are 153 and 151 - We could use 152.

That means that we can hit the notes 0,21 beats early.

7+0.21*2=7,42 beats.

So it's possible, but it's insanely difficult. I never got it, but i'm sure that It's possible.

Jesus. The way I do things is I look at my worst ranked score and then improve it and then move on to the next worst ranked score...and I did this one like a week ago and now its back!

I hate this song so much and I hate that fucking optimal whammy! GAWD!!!!

I don't think anyone's submitted a score involving that whammy yet. My current score didn't use it, and I've choked every time I've gotten it (including once earlier this week, when I didn't get the 3rd activation off on time). You don't need to get that whammy to be ranked high on this song.
