YEAH!!! I just hit 96% today, so I'm not having the least bit of trouble passing it, but I could probably get close to 300k if I could just hit that darn sp! any tips on whammying? I'm almost sure I whammied the whole thing, but I guess not =(

You have to hit the note as early as possible, and start whammying as soon as you can hit it. It doesn't matter how fast you whammy as long as the hold stays blue the whole time, but it does matter how long. Also, make sure you hold the note out for the entire duration.

wtf one song left nd its impossible to beat

Key to beat it (for me)

- Use SP on A (doesn't matter if you can play it fine).
- Get the SP between A and B.
- Pass the mini-solo and get the 2 phrases.
- Reach measure 150. You can think that this is hard, and you probably will be on yellow or green after solo B. It's not really hard, just slide a finger (I can get combos here with one finger).

And after this, all should be easy.

Some other say to get an activation from 154-155, but I can't with the SG lefty mode

so i got RT80s day one, i usually start with easy just to unlock guitars, i flew through easy, medium, hard and most of expert then i got to the final tier, nailed everything except electric eye and play with me...the other night i FINALLY beat electric eye and tried play with me on expert, i got to about 68%, which is around where i usually get before i die...the other night i got to 89% when i failed out and i swear i almost smashed the dang guitar, can't wait for GH3 so i an finally play something else

BTW i've been reading these boards for about a month and just decided to register today, i love this community, can't wait to start submitting my scores

for some reason, i can`t hit the 4th sp phrase anymore
I hit it very rarely. It's all about finger speed for me. (I have a retarded pinky XD)

I think i found out a better way to hit it and im getting it 80% of the time now. i go into 3rd position with 1,2,3 on Y,B,O and then play the first few notes and slide down with my index to get it.

This sometimes works for me. I don't use third position that often, so it's a little tricky. I get caught up when it goes O, B, Y, B, Y, R, G. That jump back to the blue fret is usually what gets me. Plus keeping the speed all at the same time.

Aha! I practiced with 40757's method, and i get it about every time now. I stopped concentrating about the O, B, Y, B, O and more on the B, Y, B, Y, R, G, and it helped quite alot.
