Ugh I got knocked out in the first round; the stupid lag on the big-screen TV completely threw me off. Which means Wulfe, you probably would have kicked major ass if you had been able to make it!

Anyway, my daughter placed first in the Easy division, and got a GH t-shirt, so that was cool....

That's pretty much what I had to contend with at your place (ie : the LACK of lag really screwed me up) - I was fortunate in that I had about 3 practice songs beforehand, so I could kind of get used to it, but I think it's probably easier to go from lag to no lag than vice versa...

I tried to play GH at the local Wal-Mart - chose Crossroads on Expert (I think I have the 4th highest score at 299 999 pnts, and basically anything less than 275K is a terrible run ) - basically, you have to crane your neck up to see the horrendously laggy TVs they have above the games cabinet - I got an 80K or something - everybody was really impressed - it was sad!!

i got 2nd place, my friend Matt won the thing. The lag was awful. I wish we could have all played on a better TV; I could tell there were some good players there, but the lag was unbelieveable. The guy hosting said he couldn't tell there was a lag, I guess he had never played before??

I drove 5 hours for a GH2 button and GHOUL sticker!!!!

I won a GH tournament at Best Buy that had bad lag. The guy running that one said he didn't notice the lag either and that he was a GH player (weird!). I got an airbrushed SG controller for my efforts, though. Sorry about the button/sticker. That's a raw deal.
