It's actually after the solo, before the return to the chorus. It goes kinda like dundundun, dundundun, dundunWEEEE three times, then after that is the part I'm talking about. Kinda hard to explain.

Not the best illustration, but good enough... I used to get that quite consistently on hard, but not anymore anywhere. :<

Oh, and back then my fingering went 321211432321211 (with downstrumming only).

I just use the finger placement of 432 321 432 432 321

The one in bold is the change I made to allow me to combo this. I used to try to slide my pinky like 443, but changing it to 432 made it so much easier.

This is gonna be my downfall... Only song i have left to do on Hard other than the bonus crappy ones.

Like alot of others on the easier levels it seemed Bark At The Moon was gonna be impossible, but actually it's easier than Cowboys From Hell once you get to Hard .

On Expert I still haven't completed the final 6. OHNO!!!!!!!!

Not looking forward to BATM and CFH on expert.

UNfortunately i find HO's and PO's are random, the work easily in the pre-training bit, but beyond that they land once out of every 6 tries if i'm lucky. Also until recently i've only been able to strum by thumping down with the thumb on the strummer, this works fine although arm killing until these last 3 songs far too many notes. Strumming normally is too inconsistent for me in getting a good rythym.

I was so addicted til i got to this stage, but think i've hit my limit now.

Damn, getting there, i can get to 84% complete then more often than not after the solo that dundundun dundundunWEE bit. lol

My starpower doesn't want to activate or something else happens and i lose the plot.

Also having difficulty with main riff as alot of others seem to.

On Medium i can get through the song and score 90%.... But the main riff is a piece of cake in that.

Only song i need to complete Hard.

I don't know if its just because I am a drummer or what but it helps me on the main part to accent the note changes or even say ba or something as i hit them. Badadada Badadada Bada Bada Bada Ba. I can never play the part Shadow talked about either but I can still get a decent score without it... around 290k.
Just have to work on the alt strumming a lot... ace of spades, breaking wheel, and batm are good songs to practice alt strumming on.

As i'm playing i say 1-2-3-4, 1-2-3-4, 1-2, 1-2, 1-2, 1 (when i was going for 5* i said it outloud, now i just do it in my head). Then, i listen to my strum bar to make sure i'm strumming in the right pattern. And at the same time making sure i don't change my fret until the "4" the "4" the "2" the "2" the "2" and the "1"

It's a lot to concentrate on, but it took me from ~160 to about ~250 in 3 attempts.

i recently went from about 260k to 320k, look on youtube at echelars cfh on hard and copy his star power strat :p
