I got just over 72K on this song just now with the star powers in blocks of 3. Maybe sometime I will experiment with starting them at slightly different times to see if I can squeeze a little more out of it. |

I used 2-2-2-3, about a grand off the top. Squeezes I missed? Lousy whammy? _________________

Yeah, that's the right path. |

How is it possible to activate after the second sp and not run over the third sp section? _________________

You skip SP Phrase #3. Its one of the weird kinks about SP Paths...sometimes you skip a phrase to get the most points possible. _________________

I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about, but you shouldn't even come close to overlapping the third sp. The only one you need to be careful about overlapping is the 5th phrase. And no, you don't skip a phrase on easy. You do on medium, though. |

I don't understand how 2-2-2-3 can be the right path.
1st SP covers all of measures 17-22.
2nd SP starts during measure 38 and stops right before the next star.
3rd SP goes from the red in measure 56 until the end of measure 60.
4th SP starts at the first note and stops somewhere in measure 82.
I can't see how there could possibly be any more points available for that path and I am still two entire notes short. |

You must have missed squeezes then. By the way, I just GH1 today, so your 1st place overall on easy there is not safe. |

You have to be absolutely perfect to get 81,452 on I Wanna Be Sedated on Easy, (or 184,080 on Medium, for that matter.) I don't miss squeezes.
There is only one note included in those spans that is not touched by an SP and I did not miss whammying the quarter measure, (which in this case might as well be a year,) necessary to pick it up. I could get a few more hold clicks, but definitely not 400 points worth.
I have 41 of 47 number ones on GH1. Of those, there is really only one that I would ever worry about anyone permanently taking away from me. I could at minimum tie any other score put up there. I'm still working out the other six. (OK, five. I had the Infected score beat and missed the final double squeeze because I wasn't thinking.) Good luck. |

Well you had to miss something because your activation points are exactly what mine are. |
