3 (wait 7 notes)
3 (wait 7 notes)
3 (red hold, then wait 7 notes)
Got me 80K, but it wastes the last 2 star powers, so there must be something better. _________________

It only wastes one, but apparently the best star power path involves skipping one of them...but I can't see any logical way of doing that. Hints? _________________

No hints here, I think the standard 3-3-3 is the way to go, but must be performed to perfection (not that I can mind you).
3 use on 7th G note
3 use on 7th note for non squeezers like me but I think you get a squeeze note starting on either of the previous 2 notes
3 once again you pickup the squeeze note act. on either of the previous 2 notes, not sure this matters because the Y hold at the end of the activation is about 2 beats which should = 1 note. _________________

Hmm...but the top two scores are a thousand higher and state 9/10 SP, meaning they skip one of them I'm guessing in the middle. I have an idea, but haven't been able to pull it off:
3-1-2-2
3: 7th Green as normal
1: This is the tricky one...I believe there is just exactly enough to get an SP bar if I counted right...but I haven't been able to do it so maybe i'm wrong
2: Wait a measure
2: 7th note after
Should be better...
EDIT: Yes, it is definitely better, but tough as hell. Got 82xxx. _________________

It's not that hard to get a 1/2 sp bar from that. The REAL trick is getting an extra 1/2 beat on top of it so you can squeeze from the 1st green in 31 to the 2nd red in 35, which I just did. |

You need to start whammying as soon as you hit the note and go all the way through, even when you think the hold is done. It could mean the difference. If that doesn't work, try hitting the note early, like you were squeezing it and that way you can get more whammy out of it. _________________

I'm going after this one, I think I can pull it off.
I charted it and I'll post it once I get a score I like.
EDIT: Second place at the moment.
Can't seem to squeeze out all the ticks.

Your chart is exactly the same in every single activation point as I have been using. The only thing left, as you say, is to lean the squeezes that end on sustained notes as far forward as possible to get the hold ticks.
And for some reason, I too have a harder time doing hold tick squeezes than regular squeezes. |

By looking at your chart de1337ed I can already feel that the 1 sp phase in there will probably cost me unless it's an easy one to get... Since I'm teh lefty some of the 1's that cdw01 and others have posted I haven't been able to get... (due to whammying)
I'ma give it a run when I get home...
and I do appreciate everyone who posts charts and strategies b/c I wouldn't be able to have the scores I have without using them as a starting point b4 I tweak and such... _________________

I already got 4th (was 2nd for like a day or so) but the new chart seems to have a bit better activation points that AKA's. That or I'm getting sloppy with the squeezes. No other way to explain the 500+ points the top 3 get more than me. |

I followed de1337ed's SP chart, and I only got 8th place. I'm still shy about 900 points, and I know my squeezes are very good. Can someone explain why I'm so far back? _________________
