2 (after 5 notes) 12
3 (no whammy) 23
2 12
4 (after the 6th red note) 30
<1 wasted at the end>
So I reckon that comes to 12+23+12+30=77 notes under star power. Got me over 108K anyway so I'm happy. I suppose I could have gotten more by better whammying in the third section so that would gain an extra note or two. _________________

How do you tell someone named "theBrain" that they could be off a little.
You sold yourself short on the note count, I had 13 for the first and 15 for the third act. for a total of 81. Also you can begin your 2nd act. within the R hold of SP 5 and still make the last note before SP6.
I had a different path that also got.........81 notes.
3-2-2-3 wastes 2 sp's
get 3, next note - 16
Get 2, next note - 19 (I'll bet CD could squeeze 20 there )
get 2, start on the G notes before 2p8, playing thru sp 8 - 22
get 3, on the G notes - 24 = 81 notes (for cd, metal, max etc its 82)
Theoretically your path should be better by the amount of the hold note in sp5. But my score is better by a pube.. go figure.
Let's sit and wait patiently while someone, I dunno, maybe someone who has the #1 score on every song, maybe, confirms the Brain is the Brain _________________

Okay. :P You're both wrong, but his path is closer. It's 2-3-2-3-2. |

Thanks Cd! My score is good for 7th, because I still can't get those damned squeezes down (maybe because I'm a tilter). I apparently did hit one of them though!

Learning to use select does help A LOT for difficult squeezes. For the easier ones, tilting usually works fine, but for squeezing out those extra hold ticks and that note that seems just out of reach, select does a much better job. |

So according to the number one guy, I'll take a stab at activation times
2 - First yellow note at 25 (13)
3 - Activate RIGHT after you hit the last SP note (the red hold) so you get some of the hold as well (23)
2 - This I'm not sure of but the best thing I found was the first red note in the next measure (15)
3 - Measure 125 the second set of green notes (21)
2 - It all seems like the same...so go the next note (10)
This is 82 notes which I'm sure could be squeezed for more notes... _________________

Just a tip for non squeezers like me.
I think those spots are correct. On the last activation, you do need to squeeze to get the tenth note. However.........
You can get the tenth note without the squeeze AND get about half a beat of hold points by starting on the R note of measure 164. Should be a whooping extra 250 points. TROGDOR!!!!!!!!! _________________

Ah yeah of course! I'm not sure why I didn't see that...but yes that is definitely best even if you do squeeze as you get a few extra hold points. _________________

It's not in the chart. That's why. Gotta love how the last note is cut off on, as far as I know, every chart on easy. And the medium charts show what the last note is on easy. |

JPrez44 wrote: | Wtf..? I swear to god i've gotten that before.. | Unless I see video proof of someone doing it, I will not believe them due to the ridiculous level of precision required to do it. You could theoretically get 7.375 beats if you nailed them all perfectly, but even with the new ~7.35 beats necessary for sp, that's only .025 beats of leeway over 4 notes, which would make it harder to pull off than the second YWC double squeeze to put things in perspective. In fact, over 4 times as hard time window wise. It just doesn't seem humanly possible. _________________
