2 (use before the last note of the third)
1 (activate just after hitting the last note)
3
2 (second red hold)
2 (wait for the holds)
Gave me about 93K I think. Not bad, but not the top scores. _________________

The best way is 2-1-1-2-2-2, but you really need to be good at whammying to even attempt this, as there are only 7 1/4 beats of whammy on the 5th sp, and you need to squeeze an extra 1/4 beat by hitting the notes early and whammying everything out of them to get that 7 1/2. |

I went with 2 2 3 2 2 which netted me 95.6k easily. (No squeezing, as I can't do them, nor getting full whammy on the hard one that Cdw01 mentioned.)
2: Activate on first note
2: Activate right after getting SP, don't wait to end of hold. Whammy most of the SP before this point, but make sure to have it end before next SP.
3: Activate on first red.
2: Activate on forth red.
2: Activate on third red.
This isn't as good of a path as Cdw01's, but a heck of a lot easier.
Edit: Fixed my stupid mistake. Thanks guys below for pointing it out.
