I just tried a 3-2-3-1-2 and I ended up with 18th (175k)

activation points might vary, but let me know if you've got something that works differently.

I think that looks good here are my activation points:

3 - First RY chord (Measure 31) - 4 measures later
2 - Measure 68 - 6 measures later (Next note after second RY)
3 - 6th Green after SP activation (not sure on this one...)
1 - Measure 115 - 6 measures later (After single notes)
2 - Next note

This got me 6th, feel free to tweak at all.

Maybe just 2-2-2-2-1-2? or maybe 4-2-2-1-2...?

I was using a 4-4-1-2 until yesterday, when I noticed that with the right activation points, 3-2-3-1-2 was about 100 points better.

I'm probably being really damn stupid but I haven't got a clue what any of that means.

If anyone could explain it'd be nice, I'm having a bit of a friendly rivalry with my housemate...

Well in the case of 4-4-1-2, it means you get 4 Star Powers and activate, 4 Star Powers and activate, 1 Star Power and activate, and 2 Star Powers and activate.

Captain,

The A-B-C-D-E format translates as follows:

1/ Get A star power phrases (SP), then activate at some point.
2/ Get B star power phrases (SP), then activate at some point.
3/ Get C star power phrases (SP), then activate at some point.
4/ etc.

Where A,B, and C are some number (most commonly between 1 and 4, though sometimes 5)

Hope it helps....

EDIT: Dang it, AKA.....you're too quick for me!
