Can you get enough whammy out of the measure 6 to be able to squeeze the first chord in 16 to the chord in 20? this may be where i'm missing points.

Thx

I just had a run that I don't think I can improve, yet I didn't even break 250k. I then watched Javman's vid (strum every note FTL, Javman!) and I know I followed his path. I've got no idea where those extra points came from.

if you can use video to capture your runs, you can review and make sure you got all the squeezes...

gamebridge is wonderful for this.

i can play this song 20 times over and get 85-90% and about a 60 note streak maximum. 4 starred it twice, ever. can't do the verse, can't do the solo, ending, surprised I can even click "Continue" properly at the end...

hate the bleedin' song! I'm better at every other song on hard than this one!

debr5836, your program missed a SP, it should be 2-1-4-1-2, and it's missing the second 1.

No, it didn't miss a SP. Using SP in the solo is worse than waiting until after the solo on hard.

I'm progressing well enough. I have only 3 songs left to 4* on Hard:

Carry Me Home
Psychobilly Freakout
Institutionalized

Two have non-constant rhythm, one is just plain hard.

EDIT: I 4* Carry Me Home a while back. I have 8 songs left to 5*.

I 5* this one time at 144k, the closest i have gotten since then has been 127k lol

i always get tripped up where it goes R, Y, B, G-Y but i nail the R,Y,B any other time. I think its more mental for me.

try strumming on the first note and then just fingering the rest. if you can hit all the notes, that really helps. if you cant, practice mode awaits....

this is what I did. Some people said to do an additional strum in the middle of certain hammerons and I did and it made me pretty terrible.

So I decided why not just try to do it the proper way and hammeron all of it. I did and it was much much easier. All you have to do is learn the pattern
