I took your SP path only on the second activation I waited a note or too later to use it so I could get as many of the chords in the solo as I could before the next SP notes started. I missed notes in the solo, but vastly improved my score, thanks for the SP path.

I had no idea this was here. My path before this was a piece of trash (this added 7K), so thanks, Suitata.

Good path, suitata. I dunno if you're still using the same one but your first sp is wrong. Sooo...that's my hint for a better score.

Hi, new here and had a question. I don't get the thing about "no whammy". Why would whammying ever hurt you? It just adds to the meter faster, doesn't it?

If the SP is going when you get to the start of hte next star poewr you dont collect the next one. So the reason not ot whammy the openign 3 SP is to keep your star meter down because if it was any longer, youd not be able to collect the 4th SP. Also between the 2nd and 3rd SP there arent enough measures for an activation - no matter what if you used it after 2 SP, you'd lose the 3rd SP. Overall over that section you get at best one activation with no leftover SP, and the way to make it the lognest and for the most poitns is that path.

if the opening was a bit longer so you could get an activation off just hte 1st SP you'd avoid that, or if the 2nd and 3rd SP were further apart so you could activate between them.

Oh thanks, I get it now. I didn't think about having too much star power and running past the activation of another section.

i will be the one to reveal EVERYTHING. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

the first part is wrong. you can whammy the beggining, BUT when you get to the third star power DON'T whammy it, and use it right after the third SP. your'll still hit the forth sp no matter what. thats the tip for the beginning. everything else is correct.

Actually I think you're better off whammying the first two, then activating within the 3rd phrase, right before the RG Chord.

Unsolicited tweaks

This is for the players who will go after that missing 16 points......

1 - The first activation could actually be at the very tail end of the RY SP hold but before the GR, squeezing the final chord before SP4 gives ya 2 more notes and 1/4? beat of double hold points.

2 - As mentioned before, activating on the 2nd G note and squeezing picks up 2 more notes plus 1/32? of hold

3 - Moving the activation to the second O note of meas. 56 should pick up about 1.5 notes counting all the micro hold points, whammy skill dependent

Here's a visual of the modifications that have been suggested:

Shout at the Devil - Expert (you should whammy every note at the earliest possible moment)

All SP durations have been calculated exactly assuming optimal whammying.

Note: You can actually activate the 2nd activation on the first G, and the 3rd activation on the R sustain, and still hit the notes shown in the chart. And if you whammy notes early enough, you can activate the first time a bit sooner for extra hold points.

I just had an optimal execution run, with -1 in the trill..
