That's a great path, thanks Priest. Does anyone else think there's a timing issue in this song? I have to strum a little bit ahead of the sound at the first or I miss some stuff. It's nowhere near as bad as Stop, but I think it's there. |

On this song I usually get some kind of unexplained fuckup if that makes sense, like I'm doing the verse riff normally then my streak suddenly dies, but it's even worse on the YBBBOBY (might be wrong I typed that from memory), I play that and I think I got it right, but the game thinks I fucked up, and this usually limits my score to 225K. Any suggestions to fix the problem? |

You're just going to have to give the game the benefit of the doubt. As much as you think you're playing it right, the game definitely is disagreeing with you (trust me, I know the feeling). Best bet is to re-check how you're actually playing it, while doing it in practice mode. If you're still having problems, slow down the section and see what you're fingers are actually doing. Sometimes you just can't tell, that what you're thinking you are playing is different from what your fingers are actually doing.
Hope that helps some, come back if you still have problems. _________________

If you're having trouble strumming the three note chord sections, there another alternative to switching back to single strumming for it... trying to play tonight I found that I did extremely well strumming them DUDU DDUDU DDU DDUDU DDUDU DDUDU. It had gotten to the point where I was single strumming the entire verse due to frustration, and this breakthrough was a big relief. _________________

I was trying that, too. The problem with alt strumming the whole part is, that it has a odd number of notes - that is if you start the GY chords (Measure 4) with DU (which feels natural), you'll end up with UD as soon as the part is repeated (Measure 8) - and that always messes me up.
If you do DUDU DDUDU DDU DDUDU DDUDU DDUDU or even DUDU DUDUD DUD DUDUD DUDUD DDUDU, you'll start the GY chords with DU... again ;-) |

MelonmaN wrote: | There's 10 SP phrases on this song though. Going 4,2,3 only makes 9 phrases... Is it possible to get all 10 phrases? I can never manage it |
Use SP after the first 2 phrases --> overlap the 3rd phrase
Use SP after the first 3 phrases --> overlap the 4th phrase
Use SP after the first 4 phrases --> overlap the 5th phrase
So there's no feasible way to get and use all 10 phrases. The 4-2-3 path everyone is saying is absolutely right - a ton of points come from those YBO chords. _________________

For the last activation on that path, it should be right on the GR chord instead of the end of it. Otherwise, it works, although it is possible to get the red note in the 2nd activation, even though it is incredibly hard to squeeze it |

Yeah he's right, since the 2nd activation starts on HO's the Red note is really hard to get...
You start the last activation on the GR chord too...you can get all the 3-note chords at the end if you whammy enough. _________________
