what the hell is up with this song. It's like the song is either too goddamn easy or way too nuts for me to get any good combo going. I havent had a real stab at it in a while so i'll give it a go |

I actually like this song. Maybe it's because I can get all but the beginning of the solo in the song.
(Why the lousy score then you ask? Horrible SP usage.) _________________

This is now my favorite song to play. Echelar, do you hold down the yellow button during the YOYOYOYO sequence? _________________

I've only gotten it a couple of times, but what I try to do now is just strum the yellow notes and HO the orange ones. |

The timing on that part is pretty tough. I can get it MAYBE 1/4 to 1/3 of the time. It'd be so much easier for me if it didn't stretch all the way to Orange so I could see the note spacing better. _________________

I've only ever gotten that part once. I get so frustrated when I play that song a few times. And don't get me started on the solo. _________________

I've actually become somewhat good at the YO part, the first time I got it I nearly peed myself. It sounds so good without the bleeping. I just downstrum the hell out of it, and it seems to work. |

I always tried to downstrum it, but then I tried alt-strumming it yesterday. I was starting with a downstrum but could never get it (because you end with a downstrum and I always tried to downstrum the first chord). I switched to alt-strumming with the first strum up and it worked much better.
I don't know if that will help anyone, but it helped me. |

I didn't realize the YOYOYO stuff caused so many problems for people.
It's a sixlet pattern, much like the OOOOOO notes in Texas Flood and Spanish Castle Magic, but the last little part of the phrase is only 5 of the 6 notes, so that's really the tricky part. _________________

I can hit the YOYOYOYO part pretty much every time. I just hold my middle finger on yellow and tap all the orange notes with my pinky and it works 90% of the time. _________________
