GUIDE: How to replace game images (splash screens,skins,...)

Miloexplorer(all versions) wont display any meshes except the shadows.Help?

como creo unpantalla menu splash?....segui los pasos pero cuando cambio la imagen a color indexado se ve horrible.....sorry mi english is very poor....
alguien podria realizar una guia en español sobre como cambiar los skins y las pantallas please....make a guide of change the skins and splash menus in spanish please¡¡¡

Every time I go into Milo Explorer, it says that it has stopped working and then exits out of it.

my miloexplorer doesn't show the .mesh 3D only the .TEX in parts ,I can edit the guitars and drums, but i can't see it 3D only in parts. can somebody help me? I'm using windows vista, 3D = a black screen

something that would be very helpfull in MILOex is getting rid of the fact that the files have to be the same size(kb)

when i download d3dx9_25.dll should just extract that to milo explorer and it will work or do i have to do something different

or do i have to do nothing becuase i downloaded d3dx9_25.dll and its a winrar thingy and when i try to open milo explorer it still sase i need d3dx9_25.dll

please reply id like to get it working

I have a bug
when i try to veiw the 3d objcts (characters :group ...mesh files) it doesnt show up at all.
also when i start milo explorer it says that i have to close the progam but if i ignor it and just move it out of the way i can still use the program
i do have the latest version

This program could be insanely helpful for what I'm trying, but sadly, I get a "MiloExplorer has stopped working" error. I have tried it on 2 computers now, One Vista, One XP.

Does anybody have a clue where this error comes from? It would be the best thing ever for me and an alternate way of ripping stuff rather than using TBaldree's Gh mesh tools. (They work, but man that's slow)
