Man just keep playing it i promise you will get it eventually. Took me like 30 tries but after a while i got it well.

But now i can get mosh one like 90 % (just ignore those inbetween double notes)

and i do it without star power, and load up for the solo.

The problem I have is that I really can't put a rhythm to what I'm playing. It's like 500 silent notes coming at me all at once and I have no idea from time to time what the timing is. I do songs based on understanding the sound of the song. I have to know what I'm playing. This is why I also can't do Bury The Hatchet. I cannot comprehend the melody of that song, if there is one. I've failed Raining Blood 20 times and I still don't know what it's supposed to sound like. I got 37% without SP so maybe one day I'll have a miracle pass. In practice the rest of the song is very easy to pass...

The speed changes and its tough to adjust. what helped me was to turn up the TV. Its great to listen to that song loud and it really helps with the rhythm. I cant wait til i get this good enough so i can mosh around while playing it.

well, what u HAVE 2 do, (i just beat this song. which i am the luckiest man alive) U MUST have full possible star power and when u get INTO red on the mosh 1, THEN u use SP. but verse it pretty tough, and OMG!!!!! FLOOD PART IS INSANE!!!!!!!!!!! i was just frekin lucky, but u hafto have SP, trust me IT WORKED (4 me)

Something that really helped me is to make absolutely sure you just arent randomly mashing your fingers. Watch the tops of the parts carefully, and try to go for every note. Try not to slow down, and since star power seems a little less effective, try to use it while you are still in yellow or green.

I certainly can't get higher than a 3 star on this song but...once it took me five tries to pass and now a day later I played it again and I got through the spider-crawls without starpower so...I dunno. Once you get that rhythm down you're set, the rest of the song is a joke (passing wise...scorewise it's a monster)

What I did was I tapped the highest button on each scale. When I got to the part where there are some chords and non-HOPO-able notes, I skipped those then started hitting notes at the top of the next scale, again tapping the high note of each.

i apparently cannot beat this song. failed 30 times prolly. i got passed mosh 1 once and got excited and failed lol. i keep combo up in the mosh 1 until the chord shows up i go for it and get all messed up and fail.

This song really caught me off guard the first time I saw it. But after that I found it pretty easy. It's kind of like the solo in Madhouse just a little bit faster. I can't believe I'm hearing people say they hate Raining Blood and One, I am absolutely in love with both of those songs right now. I've almost got my career mode 5*'ed. Just need to get the beat of Raining Blood past the mosh and I'll be good.

Makes me wonder how I passed this on a sightread, considering I did horrible on most other songs (took me like 10 tries to beat cult of personality)

I did get -3 on the mosh part though so that probably helped

Even if you can hopo it, I always strum the first note of each scale though, if that helps
