Putting Chad's path into words (Ninja's wording was a little hard to read)

2: NN, Only whammy first sustain (the rest are No Whammy)
3: 2 beats into the RY chord that is the final note of the 3rd SP
3: 2 beats into the RY chord that is the final note of the 3rd SP
2: First R after RY sustain

Now that I think about it, there's really no simple way to state this

I just got first using this path

The Seeker

It's not mine, I'll admit, but it worked. I got higher than his optimal, so I must have squeezed something. Written out it looks like this...

C2 - Y hold of 2SP [Whammy only the first GR and 1 measure of the first RY]
1 - 1RY of 2SP
1 - NN after GR hold
3 - 2 measures into RY hold of 3SP
2 - 1B

The path up on debr's site before was 2-1-2-3. I'm not sure when he updated it to the new one, but it obviously works a fair bit better. :P

Damn, that second activation is a bitch on the PS2...it seems not to recognize my whammying on the single green hold right before the activation is suppose to start.
