Me and my mate just finished playing raining blood and got 339,899 which was still not a 5* so i'm not exactly sure.
We found it easier to do 3-2-3-2 but thats if you could hit it! lol! _________________

My brother and I got 346K on expert/expert and still no 5*, although there have been numerous lower expert/expert scores reported as being 5*s. So who knows. _________________

Do you guys remember your average multipliers? If you go to "More Stats", check your average multiplier, divide it into your score for the song, and then multiply the resulting figure by 2.8, you'll get your 5* cutoff. _________________

I am 99% sure our multiplier was 3.1 something on that 346K 4* run. I'm also 99% sure there is something fucked up with the star ratings for that song, or maybe just for co-op in general. We'll do some more runs and see what kind of score/multipliers/star ratings we get. _________________

My coop partner and I get under (just barely) 3.1X with just below 400K. The 5* cutoff is 365-375K, I know that for sure. _________________

I guess my memory isn't what it used to be then. Apologies for my misleading/incorrect post. We've got a long way to go if we have to get another 20-30K on this song.
EDIT: What I still can't figure out is how people with lower scores than me have 5*'d this. For example, Echelar's score on the GH leaderboards is 345K, which matches his posted score on SH. His score here was reported as 5*, and he has the "Living Legends" achievement (aka 5* all expert songs on co-op). Same thing with witwix, except he only got 342K and hasn't posted a score here. Something about this just doesn't add up. _________________

My friend and I just five starred it this evening.
The score was about 361,000 and We got a 2.98 multiplier. Very close to the cutoff i suppose.
Tough song to five star. Too bad i have to do it again on his hard drive. |

Optimal Path:
3- 2nd (Lead guitar) green note after SP
4- Next (Lead guitar) RY chord of m75
4- Next (Lead guitar) note after SP
3- Next (Lead guitar) R to B note hammer-on of m156
I can't think of a single way to make this path better, or even think of a better path. Good luck for the FC, whoever decides to try and get it.
