This chart seems like hard to make optimal for. I always activate right when I get the first.. _________________

Here's my path: 2-3-2-3-2-2, always whammy everything
2 - If you can keep a combo, do it on Intro Solo B; otherwise, do it on the yellow strum in Measure 14.
3 - Immediate
2 - Pickup to Measure 81
3 - First note of Measure 118; you should come out just before your next Star Power. If you don't, then activate earlier.
2 - First blue strum before Measure 143
2 - Half of the way through Measure 181, on the yellow strum after the hold
I only have 20th-ish place on this song right now, but only because I keep screwing up on my own path (I usually forget and do the 4th activation late ).
Throw some squeezes and junk in, and I'm pretty sure you have optimal. _________________

And then we will colonize the sun and make little communities. Because if we can put a man on the moon, then obviously we can do this. |

Just adding in my input here (Currently 3rd on SH), this path may not be optimal but it's what I used:
2-2-3-2-3-2
2 – During intro solo, about 8 notes into the first fast part
2 – During next "chorus"
3 – During next "chorus"
2 – Immediately on next note
3 – During solo
2 – Ending solo

Awesome, I am shooting for 250k now. These all seem way better than what I was trying. |

k3v and pope got it right. Straight 2's is beats anything with a 3 in it and is optimal. However, if you combine the third and fourth activations into 4, you get exactly as many points, but you only have to hit one squeeze instead of two to do so, so 2-2-4-2-2-2 is simpler to execute.

I don't tap it. Just see-saw your hands back and forth.
Barbaloot, thanks for the heads up! Will try to retake 1st sometime soon. |

Maybe I did the math wrong, but I came up with ~310k for an FC using that path. I've gotten 320k with a different path. _________________

I'm pretty sure you did the math wrong. I got an estimated score of 323.5K from that path (using the final score on debr's blank chart + 4*points under SP). _________________
