Not too sure... I just activate after every two SP phrases, though I don't analyze SP very well, so I'm sure that this is not optimal.[/code]

Well since I had to get an FC of this song because I've been boosting my FC count lately, I tried both of your paths hheemm. With the 3-2-2 path I got a score of 227,576 and with the 3-2-3 path I got a score of 226,735. Now I'm not exactly a good squeezer so it's possible that the 3-2-3 path is better if you can squeeze good but judging by my trials, I'd say the 3-2-2 path is the better one but not necessarily optimal since the high scores are at 230k.

I got:

3 - Next BO Chord
2 (S1) - 4th YO (Meas. 94)
2 - First note on Meas. 135 (22nd Yellow)

Reptilia Expert SP Path. (Optimal?)

Got me 2nd place (EDIT: God damn it witwix.) and 230,784. I think it's optimal (minus a few ticks) because I got all the squeezes.

He could be lying, but also, on debr's charts, the upper bound score is 231k.

Nearly ideal exactly. So witwix is in the clear.

damn you smoky! I had 1st on XBL with 230900, and I knew there was 200 more (which I would get when I felt like it). Yes that path is optimal, and you can squeeze both those oranges at the end of the 2nd activation (and get some fresh orange juice ).

Yeah, 140 was actually super easy, it turns out, I just dropped ticks in the solo, but hit both the squeezes, with my old score.

Since this song isn't in my league anymore, I'm not going to risk anything by posting this.

In order to get the (probably) optimal score of 231140, you need to activate the last activation one note earlier (on the last blue note in measure 134) and double squeeze to the blue sustain. Thanks to GH3's very forgiving HOPOs, it's a pretty easy squeeze (doesn't appear to be any harder than the first squeeze).

So my path is:

3-2(S1)-2

3: Next BO chord (squeeze first Y in measure 61)
2: Last YO chord in measure 94 (squeeze both oranges)
2: Last B in measure 134 (squeeze the blue sustain)

If it's optimal, it's a very easy song to get optimal on. IMO the hardest part is getting all the ticks in the solo.
