Isn't the second activation right after you get the SP?(before the triple chords) Cause that's what I'm doing, I get all of the SP paths but I don't seem to get the optimal score.

2nd activation is immediately. You're probably either just dropping ticks or you aren't whammying enough notes.

That's what I mean, immediately after. I don't believe it's not whammying enough, cause I literally almost break my whammy bar on that song.

Okay, even though I do use the optimal SP path, I only get 275K. is there something I'm doing wrong?

The only thing anyone can tell you is to make sure you're using the correct path, you're getting every squeeze, and that you're getting all of the ticks.

I'm guessing you're missing three to four chords under star power which is why you're off by 2k points.

It doesn't matter how hard you whammy all of the star power phrases. If you whammy 2/3 star powers, then you will have enough star power.

What's the path for 277,570 and how on earth did Qaszimon get 277,574?

This is the optimal path that everyone uses. On the last activation you must squeeze like cray to get the most ticks out of the last hold note. And qaszimon just squeezed the most and got 1 extra tick out of the hold note.

Can I just say I whammied that SP phrase and when I activated it caused me to overwrite the next phrase.

So yeah, don't whammy it.

You can whammy it, but your second activation has to be instant i.e. even before you hit the next note. Besides, if you've whammied the first two properly, you should already be at full once you hit the third phrase.

Two Questions...

1)Does anyone have any idea how ukog-monkey got that extra 600?
The path says you only have to back-end squeeze the first activation and you can still get optimal; however, I need to squeeze BOTH ends to get that squeeze (my score is 277,554). But somehow, ukog got yet another note in.

2)Why does SlowHero say to activate on the second note in measure 35?
My guess was that the back end squeeze is easier that way, but IDK.

for your first question, im not sure... it was one gigantic squeeze. As for your second question, for most people, it would be easier to squeeze the second because you already changed notes and wouldnt have to worry about changing notes and squeezing at the same time. IDK just a guess if that makes any sense.

Thats what I thought too, except this is human logic; or to put in another way, a strategy to combat human laziness. Would a computer really factor that in?

Wasn't 277578 proven impossible? There's a user that submitted that score for PS2 with picture proof a couple weeks ago. I reported it, but it stayed up, which makes me believe the mods think it's legit. I was under the impression that even 574 was impossible on the PS2 with its missing tick that isn't accounted for by an adjusted score. So it would be the equivalent of someone on 360 getting 277582. Opinions?

Honestly I don't think that score is possible, although PS2 has had cases where the ticks just act so strangely and differently than how they are predicted to, but at the same time I've seen plenty of photoshopped proofs, and I'm leaning towards the latter here.
