This one's almost obvious, but here's an optimal path for this song:

2 - [No Whammy] Just before RY chord. [1497]
2 - Next Note (Squeeze BY chord in Measure 40) [1600]
2 - Activate as soon as you hit the Green sustain in SP6 [2288]
2 - 5th Yellow [1350]

1497 + 1600 + 2288 + 1350 = 6735 * 4 = 26940 + 99242 = 126182

debr's "Super-Human Optimal" score is listed as three ticks higher (126194), but Piso's the only one to achieve the above score. Personally, I don't see a better path, but at the same time I don't see a place to pick up three extra ticks either. Oh well, hope it helps...

I don't see how you can get 1350 on the last activation. That would require getting every note from the 5th yellow to & including the last chord. That's not possible unless I'm missing something....

You get 3.74 beats of SP from the last phrase, total 4M 3.74B. To go from the 5th Y to the last chord would require 5M 0.50B, that's a 0.76 difference which would be an awfully big damn squeeze

Could you recheck this please & let me know if I'm off on this? I've been going nuts looking for that extra 200 :P

we mean after 3 star paths you activate at the next note after the last star note ( so right after the 3rd phase you activate)
then after 2 phases
then after 2 phases but you activate at the 5th Yellow note you see
and at the second blue note you see for the last one

my GH says only 8 SP how can you do 3-2-2-2?

(3+2+2+2=9?)

Is the Expert 3rd activation squeeze possible in Medium?

For those who don't know, the third activation is the same in Medium and Expert, according to slowhero, immediately when you get the SP phrase in measure 58. In Expert, the top scorers fully whammy that last note, then squeeze to the next note group. You can see APEthehippy do the activation in his video:

He squeezes from the last chord in the first group of chords to the last chord in the last group of chords. I tried that for about half an hour. Not only couldn't I squeeze the last chord of the last group, I couldn't even get the third chord in the last group.

Either my whammy really sucks, or that squeeze is very hard, or it's not possible in Medium. I've hit some 100% squeezes before (e.g., Sabotage), but am not even close to this one. Anyone (Chem?) try?

Well it definitely looks possible. I have looked into this in the past but havent hit it. And since I really havent been playing much GH as of late I doubt that I would be able to hit it without some refresher course in squeezing lol. But i will at some point try to hit this but I doubt its gonna happen
