I've seen alot of easier paths that override the Red Snake SP...does this really generate an acceptable score in a FC run? Or is it to protect your score in case you choke in the section before You Rock? I'm fixing up my path for a 900k run and I'm given the chance to activate here...

f4phantom said eariler in this thread that if you couldn't activate exactly on the third YBO triplet, it would be better to activate over the Red Snake. I could have misunderstood his post (last post of the third page), but I think I'm right.

if you just activate starpower in you rock and not in the part before (at slowheros 350) because in you rock are more notes and if you get a full stop squeeze it would be ok
so you might get 994k or something

It's because there would be four measures of 800 points, or 3200 x 4 =12800 and then four measures or less of smally amounts of points. Activating in Almost there gives more points and it carries into You Rock.

I thought the RS path was for PS2 and Wii players because of the RS SP glitch

since we're talkin starpower here; in twin solo, instead of activating on the 3rd YBO triplet, i activate right after the triplets (first strum i believe) and end right at the GYO chord, getting that under SP. im n00bish at all that SP calculation stuff and i really need to improve my FC score (938k) which ive had since march

edit 12/21/09 - sorry, just realized i put 'my FC score' when i havent even FCed the song
