you need a modded ps2 to play burned games( customs ) and use Build Gh3, this is old and outdated

Now, browse to where your files are stored in the command line window. Type in the following code to extract the files from the HED/WAD files.

How does one browse in the command line window?

Can anyone send me the links for the HED/WAD extractor? whenever i click on the links on the first page nothing happens?

Ok i got the Extractor but when i extract from the WAD files, it sends the files to the folder with the extractor and not to the disk. I can edit the PAK and PAB files but it wont save it to the disk. Help?

I'm starting my first Guitar Hero 3 mod, and I want to know if there's a way to change or edit the characters and guitars skins in this version (GH3).
Also I want to know how to translate the game to my language.
