So i might release a new dB in the next day or so...
Since i haven't done one for ages, and i've lost track of all the common bugs and requests, i was gonna ask people to remind me before i release it, to make sure i fix all the major ones...

So yeah, please remind me what the major outstanding issues in dB are here please.. keep it short and to the point..

i made a post on the topic to download Feedback but i tell you here. i was working on a song and i was in the middle of it and stopped and saved it, and open it the day and finished it. i saved it again..it made the noise but when i imported the chart and mp3 into gh3 it was only the beginning of the song that i was working on the day before i went back to check to see if the song was saved and it wasent. i tested it out to see if it re-writes older files and it didn't am i doing something wrong? or is it a bug

Sometimes when you run a song using clapping, the clap noise doesn't work for the first second or two, skipping some claps.

And I experienced a few notes going over hold notes (dragging/pasting long notes around)

You can place a starpower in the middle of an existing starpower phrase.

Related to this, if you have a long sustain, then you copy-paste a note in the middle of the sustain, the sustain will not be shorter automatically.

(not sure if I've explained it too good... )

EDIT: I didn't saw that it was already posted... >_>

do you mean the sync bug i fixed? with the note window and the note darkening? you shouldn't be charting visually.. use the claps..

yes... i dont think its my job to teach people how to use their PC filesystem...
i will however look at putting a bunch more useful and informative error messages in the load/save code..

havent heard that before.. i'll check it out.. if you can give me reproduction steps that'd help..

hmm, yeah i dont have hold note checks in the paste code.. i should fix that.. thats a bit of a pain..

email me any mp3 files that dont work and i'll try and work out why.

and...?
if non-official midi's aren't formed the same as official midi's, surely thats clear indication that they're broken? if it were me, i'd be tackling the problem with the software that produces broken midi's... but if you want to send me a broken midi, then i can look at making it work.. but i dont like that so much, because really i'd only be hiding the problem that your midi's actually broken in the first place.

that sounds like a silly thing to do ;)
how about not putting a star power on top of an existing star power :P
i've never managed to do this myself.. i dont know how people can do it so often.
i'm sure i can fix this though.. see if i have time to bother..

In version .92c, creating 3 or 4 note sustains with the orange note included doesn't work. For example, when I hold down yellow, blue, and orange and then press up, I get nothing but beeping. My workaround is usually to do 2 notes simultaneously (e.g yellow and blue) and then add the orange.

Thanks for all your hard work on this great program!

demongorrian, that would be a problem with your keyboard. Some keyboard manufacturers make it impossible to do some key combinations. Like I cant hold down f1, f2 and f3 at the same time.

There are just a few things I would like to see:
1.) I would like to be able to import any mid, midi, or chart.
2.) I would love to be able to import Frets on Fire midis also.
3.) I would also love a wood fretboard, or just a black one.
4.) That's it, your program is still awesome without the above mentioned.
