It would be amazing if you could make a Greasemonkey script to turn the site green or purple like my 2 favorite holiday themes. |

Firefox or Opera?
Firefox: Install the Greasemonkey plugin and download the script -> Done
Opera: I think there's a link in the 1st post...
Edit:

I've updated the first post with some basic instructions. I hope they help.

And btw, if you need webspace, I've got some. ;) |
Technically, java isn't at all the same as javascript...
Also, I may take you up on offer. I haven't decided if the default menus really need any radical additional skinning, though. To be honest they're starting to grow on me. Even if I do want the webspace it won't be for a while (I spent too much time this weekend on this project, going to take a break developing this for a week or so).

While technically possible, you'd have to get all the images from a Scorehero admin because they are (as far as I can tell) taken offline once the day is over. |

I'm working on a slightly faster version of the script, for those of you with slower computers. There's really not much optimization for me to do (most of the heavy work is from the YUI menus themselves, not my code). Still, I've been reading up on Javascript optimization, and in particular I think I can speed up some of the DOM manipulation.

After you mentioned that, I thought to myself, "maybe someone has made a Greasemonkey-esque script for IE, as well?" And lo and behold, someone has. However, to get my script to work with Opera I had to make some compatibility code - I assume the same will be true for IE, so I doubt my script will work using GM4IE right off the bat. Doesn't mean you can't try. |

Definitely very shmexy. Hooray for not having to click 7 different links anymore!
Is there anything else feature-wise you plan to implement? _________________

I've looked into the Greasemonkey for IE program and it's way too underdeveloped to run my script at this moment. The last release was in 2006 and it's still only version 0.1. So, no deluxe menus for IE users, unless you want to go through the hassle of getting it working.

At the moment, I've got nothing planned. I'm open to suggestions - feel free to pitch any idea. |

Think you'll implement this for the firefox betas? That would be sweet. I downgraded back to 2, just for this. Thanks rkcr. |
