Gamebridge Help

I've been wanting to put up some videos on Youtube of my new GH2 Custom Disc I've been making. Although before I buy a Gamebridge, I want to know a few things:

1. Will a Gamebridge work on a Macbook? If not, what are some Mac alternatives?

2. Will a Gamebridge give my videos sound if my Windows PC's sound card doesn't record its own sound?

Also, if you bother to use the search function, you would probably find several gamebridge help topics. I'm not saying your question has been answered there, I'm just saying, those are the right places to look/ask.
