PS: This top is supposed to be located in the "Add New Songs to Setlist" thread.

Good news, guys.
I think that now I'm extremely close to finish this issue. Here is what I did to correctly display the new added songs:
* Set the scrool limits and scroll steps for the new enlarged setlist
* Add new meshes to be the background of the new songs.

I made a patcher to modify the milo and do the above. It was tested in my case, with 5 songs (and GH2), but I think that will work in other cases too. The files that should be patched are: sel_song_quickplay.milo_ps2 and sel_song.milo_ps2. These files are located in the folder "ui/gen/". You may try only quickplay first, to be sure that it works.

Well, here is the link:
SetlistPatcher

It's a command line tool, and the usage is:
SetlistPatcher <milo_path> <number_of_new_songs>

The <number_of_new_songs> is the number of songs that you added relative to the original GH2 setlist.

Please let me know if it works to your case.

I don't get it. What do you do to make it work?

Make a bat file and patch sel_song and sel_song_quickplay by using this:
Setlistpatcher sel_song.milo_ps2 (how many songs you added)
and do the same for sel_song_quickplay.milo_ps2

Ok, I made them. Is there any certain name I should save it as? Also do I just put what you put, or do I need the file path to the milos?

As long as you have the all the stuff in the same folder, just use what I put.
BUT, if there in a different folder (the milo and program) you'll need to put where you saved it.

Ok. Now I have just one more question: Do I make separate bats for the different milos? And the name I save it as doesn't matter right?

Sorry. I'm new at the bat stuff

You don't have to.
Just make this:
---------------------------
Setlistpatcher sel_song.milo (# songs added)
setlistpatcher sel_song_quickplay (# songs added)
pause exit
---------------------------
DO NOT USE PARENTHESES OR - in the bat

i patched my milos for 9 songs i could scroll all the way down to the bottom.

with quick play every other songs title was invisible (of the 9 i added) and in career mode all of the names of the new 9 songs were missing but i could scroll all the way to the bottom in both

Maybe it's that there's 9 songs and not 10?(an even number)
As there is 24 bonus songs(even number) and you added 9 (33, uneven)

Can you take a screenshot of that? Your case can help me to find out what is missing.
In my case, from the 5 songs that i've added, the song number 4 was invisible. I don't know what can cause this yet, but I'm working on it.

Reptiliack, did you test it ? If so, what happened in your case ?
