I don't know how to download on savefile,if you could put on another site or teach me how to download it I would appreciate.

I too wanted this, however both of those sites are deceased. After some googling, it appears someone had uploaded the latest version (0.14) to mediafire:

Thanks for that. One of the few old GH custom tools that I didn't already have squirreled away on my PC. Hell, I've even got the old gh-utils package that was used before ARK rebuilding was possible, when the only way to do customs was to inject the data directly into the ARK.
