You'll be sorely missed Hailz, another good moderator has left the site (as a mod). In fact not just a good mod, someone who looked like she might change things for the better. I hope that JC or whoever picks the next mods, if anymore are picked make(s) the right choice.

Oh man. All the mods are great, and I'm glad they're putting other priorities first. So even though some mods are stepping down, that also leaves room for more mods (maybe). But that's what the SH community wishes everyday anyway.

So anyway, good luck with your future Hailz. Hope ya come back after college ends ^_^.

Rather than make a jokey post with some BAWWWW don't leave us Hailz! comment, I'll just let you know what I thought of your time as a mod.

You managed to achieve the perfect balance between a moderator who is friendly and approachable, and one who knows how to throw down the iron fist. Most of the mods here (for me anyways) tend to fall to one side or the other, but you always seemed to get that balance down. I never felt like I couldn't joke with you on irc or the forums, but was always respectful of your ban-hammer, because even though you didn't swing it like a maniac, it always rested in plain sight on your broad, beautiful girl-shoulder.

You do realize that this means we will be needing a new token girl-mod right?

Wish you luck in your College stuff. Having just finished my 1st degree, it can be very stressful at times, but so rewarding.

College coursework can be tough at times (trust me, I know all about it), but I remember we both started around the same time and your art made everyone happy. I know you aren't completely leaving the boards, but try not to disappear completely please.
