If a thread should be locked (like already answered), should I report it?
If there is a +1 thread, should I report it?
Thanks. |

Great work on the feature guys! I love it.
As a question, should you report threads that should be moved with this Or just PM it to SH-Bot, or PM a mod? What should I do? |

I'm wondering if theres discretion when false scores are submitted...
...for example, I accidentally typed in a song score for a completely different song, which put me in first place, which was obviously false, but was truly accidental. Is there any administrative discretion in these reports, or is it "you screw up, you = banned"? We all try to watch for mistakes like this, but no one is perfect. _________________

It's explained in the OP... Nothing is going to happen. Relax.

We're not idiots, we realize people make mistakes. As long as you removed it, there should be no problem.

You should never PM SH-Bot. Reports must be filed using the interface. So, if you think a report should be moved, locked, deleted, or is a +1 thread, you should report the OP of the thread, making sure to cite what is wrong in the reason field. _________________

Let's just say, you better hope you don't have fat fingers, or your ass is grass.
(Serious answer: We won't ban you for an honest mistake, such as a typo or entering the score in the wrong section. I would've been banned by now if that was the case, in fact...) |

This is great, I really hope this doesn't get abused. Also, with such a tool at the fingertips of EVERY user, this could quite possibly increase the mod's workload dramatically.
Is there a system in place that will only allow a forum post, score submission, or custom song to be reported once? We've just added thousands of new police officers with this tool, and even if 50 of us reported that 1,000,000 TTFAF score at the same time could get overwhelming.
How about that valid score? Is there a system in place that would make a score, post, or custom song immune to being reported again if it passes the dispute?
Again, awesome addition, I just hope the backseat mods don't go too crazy with it. Everyone who intends to use this addition really needs a refresher on SH rules before doing so. |
