Hope you had a good round, oct4v30n (not too good

)! I only got one FC of KoC, rather quickly on Monday. I was satisfied with the score, so after I got it I focused on some other stuff I had to do (including GHAX league). Hopefully my score is enough to get me to the next round.

Also, right now I can't wait to see what the final song will be. If it's TTFAF, I'm screwed no matter how this round goes. Really hoping for something else.

Gah, this round wasn't too good. My second run of KoC, I FC the song, but I ended up with an absolutely terrible score. It's not completely atrocious, but it's not semifinal-worthy, especially against Jaggedsblade, who probably ended up getting an FC eventually after his -3 run as he aforementioned. Ever since my FC, I haven't been able to get 30 seconds into the song without screwing up, and then the one time I finally did, when I squeezed I ended up squeezing past the timing window and missed a note.

So, I'm just hoping that my score will end up being satisfactory and take me to the finals.

Though if I don't continue I'll be glad to say that I lost to someone who's more deserving of making it than me. I'm not saying I don't deserve to go on and didn't try or anything, but I think Jaggedsblade is truly better than me. We'll see what happens soon, though.

Wow, even if I did make it to the finals, I have a good feeling that I'd lose to either Volvagia or stinkdog for sure. My consistency on that song is terrible (as Jaggedsblade well knows from our recent PFO

) and I can only play it like twice every hours since it kills my arm every run I do. If I didn't make it to the finals, I think I'll actually be relieved, since I still have another league going on to take care of (GHWTX/AA-1).

Edit: Oh, and my score for KoC was 510,676. It was an FC, but as previously mentioned I was so nervous about finally FC'ing the song that I didn't squeeze at all and tilted my activations.

LMAO I so called that song, look last page at one of my posts, but anyway, good match DSGamer, I probably spent wayyy too long working on leagues this week, but my score was 512156, I actually almost always tilt my activations, although my sensor is getting a bit worn so I've been pressing select lately. But for KoC I didn't even know exactly where to activate on the first part, so I just strummed a bit slow when activating and sped up right before it ended, but I think I missed over 1000 points worth of notes though so idk how I got such a good score considering its less than 1000 below 1st, but I'd had 1 extra note in the first squeeze, I missed the HO note and 1 more in the 2nd squeeze, making 600 points, then I think I got all for 3rd squeeze and missed the orange and the final chord on the last squeeze, so I would think I missed around 1200 points, but idk, I may be wrong

I got my score on knights of cydonia pretty fast. I probably could've gotten another 200 on 3 of the activations, but it'd be really hard.

If it takes a FC at KoC then I have no chance at all to make it to the final. I had one good run (-2 and 1 overstrum) but after that run I just played worse and worse. I didn't even play the song at all the last two days. I probably don't get to the final and even if I do, I will almost for lose at TWiE.

Well I made it to finals

. I had an overstrum after the second set of strumming. I don't know if its worth playing The Way it Ends. Looking at Jaggedsblade's score, hes got like, 100k difference than me. I doubt its worth attempting it :\ . Anyway, good luck Jaggedsblade.

Good match Bjorn. I knew my only chance at winning was if you couldn't FC KoC due to your godlike ability to squeeze. I'm great at squeezing but alt squeezing is a whole nother story.

I'm out of the finals but I can still enter a score for TWiE. Do I have 2 compete for third or something???
