|

Hi. I haven't had a chance to try out my vocals online. When I sing, do the other people hear me (or just see my wavy-thing move and hear the recorded track?)
This is for the PS3. |

they cant hear you. If the game made it so they could, there would be too much lag |

Too bad. Yeah, lag (and not being called a bassfag) are probably good reasons for that.
It would be nice to be able to direct, though. "Everyone get ready to SP-- and hit it!". |

for the 360 you can sing with the mic and talk with the headset. _________________

On ps3 you can use a mic to sing and hook up a bluetooth headset. The game will use the mic to score you, while the bluetooth headset will broadcast to the rest of the band. This has a slight delay though, so they will hear you sing (and you can set some voice mods for what they hear lolz) but with the delay it can be sort of distracting <_< Like an off beat drum fill lol. _________________

i'm surprised nobody mentioned that (on 360 at least) you can talk to the other bandmates by holding down a trigger on the controller. if you do this you'll still be graded for singing the song, but your bandmates will hear you too _________________

I dunno why you bumped this ancient thread but yeah I used to think people could hear me singing. I got paranoid. _________________
