Yes, E# exists - it's there for logical consistency, as the note one semitone above E, and so that F# major has all notes A-G.
FWIW, you can even get trippy notational stuff like B-flat-flat

E# is F. The only reason notes like "Cb" and "E#" exist is because, in any key signature, a note name can only be used once. For example, let's take A# minor. That key signature contains A#, B#, C#, D#, E#, F#, and G#. Obviously, every letter is used. If we used A#, C, C#, D#, F, F#, and G#, we would be missing B and E and we would have an extra C and F. The only way to fix this is to substitute "B#" and "E#" for "C" and "F." However, these notes aren't used often because every key has an enharmonic equivalent; we would tend to use Bb minor (Bb, C, Db, Eb, F, Gb, and Ab) instead of A# minor simply for easier readability. Alright, there's your music theory lesson for the day.

No Sleep Till Brooklyn, however, is in Eb minor. Therefore, we use all flats, even though we could use sharps, as bh0ukk did. Eb minor contains Eb, F, Gb, Ab, Bb, Cb, Db. However, we could rewrite that in D# minor as D#, E#, F#, G#, A#, B, and C#.

Those, my friend, are enharmonic equivalents.

...I can't believe I just gave a music theory lesson on the Vocal forum on Scorehero. Oh well.

And, yeah, as squall said, you can have double sharps and double flats. A# major actually manages to have 10 sharps in its key signature: A sharp, B sharp, C double-sharp, D sharp, E sharp, F double sharp, and G double sharp. Obviously, since that is pretty ridiculous, we use Bb major instead.

I couldn't have answered better.

At first, i wrote the notes as key signature but now i'm writing them as i'm the most comfortable to sing so some songs may have weird notation.

Haha well it wasn't much of a contribution. I'm quite impressed that you managed to figure all of these out by yourself though.
