hopefully we'll be seeing an Opeth pack in the near future (but I won't hold my breath)

Part of me would also like this. The other part of me recalls that a lot of their songs are 10+ minutes each.

But if it was Dream Theater everyone would be for it obviously.

Sorry I had to lol

Srsly, if A Change of Seasons came out on GHWT or RB, I'd spend half my day, everday, playing every instrument. (If it came out on WT, i'd buy a 360, damn wii and song length limits)

Same goes for Octavarium; and The Glass Prison, I'd play that 4 times each instrument.

Slightly on topic, it IS metal, but it's not exactly my favorite genre. Chimaira sounds like a post-hardcore/metalcore type of thing, which are some of the few genres of metal i DESPISE.

From what i've seen, the charts are fun though

Even though the songs were terrible, I enjoyed playing these charts every much.

I haven't played these cuz of E74 Error, but still people. Free is free. If you paid for it, I'd understand if you complained. But its FREE. If you don't like it because you don't like the 'genre,' suck it up and get on with life. I'm pretty sure the screaming won't cause you to drop dead randomly.

That is all.

Concerning Dream Theater: they have more songs that are of a reasonable length (6-7 minutes) that would still be fun to play than Opeth does. I love Dream Theater's epics (ACoS, Octavarium, 6DoIT, et al), but I'd rather leave the playing to them. Give me "Lie" or "Caught in a Web" or even "As I Am".

BAW! THIS DLC DOESN'T CATER TO MY EXACT TASTES!

This DLC is free AND has nice guitar and bass charts, they are lots of fun and challenging.

Downloaded it 20 minutes ago.

My thoughts:

HOLY HELL FUN

But on Grave Of Opportunity it felt like my hand was ready to fall off. So much moving about on the frets

But the best song of the pack was definitely that Chaimariaiiariaiiariairiarlalrlararia song. Pretty fun

I'll probably FC the pack tomorrow.

This was pretty dang fun, and, most importantly free. And whilst on the subject of Dream Theater, I say they should have their own game. Or at least have ALL their songs for download. Whos knows, maybe when their new album comes out either WT or RB will has for DLC? (please)
