The GH Banner Thread (New OP and Wiki Updated 9/12)

All banners are for Expert unless otherwise noted, as on the War Ensemble Drum banner.

Okay, Manfred, your banners look awesome, except for one little thing, and that is the position of your text. If it was positioned a bit higher it would be more awesome than it is right now.

As for you, inv4der, I first have a critic about your grouping. You should group your banners by game, not by artist. Second, your banners look awesome, as usual, but you could use the GH instruments icon for them, and you don't need the instrument icon for games under GH:WT at all, since they're guitar only.

Both inv4der and Manfred forgot the "X" for Expert, or "H" for Hard.

You're making awesome banners, Nollaig. I just wouldn't put that "(OV)" on banners for original versions, but I'd put a (GH:*game*) on banners for other versions.

Also, a small update:

Well, it is a "Blitz".....

The orange strumming on Hard is hard, too...

I think I found a very good background picture for this one.

I tried out a new test position.... tell me what you think about it.

I found my first picture for this retarded, and erkle's for expert, too. So I used something that symbolizes a knight.

Made a couple of banners, I'm open to criticism. I'm not sure you can read the second one very well, I'm thinking words in the background wasn't the best idea.

I'm making some various Smash Hits banners soon, and I made a new design that I wanted some feedback on:

For achievement banners I think it looks cool to have the game logo on the left and the instrument on the right. Feels very balanced and I like the result. If you guys like it I'll make these for every game with achievements (1000/1000, etc).
